Q: Why are our products so cheap?
A: We are one of the largest 𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗜𝗦 𝗩𝗨𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗡 Leather foundry in Italy, Our factory is located in The village of Sieci, a small Pontassieve town in Florence, the capital of Tuscany. And our unrivaled inventory meets the needs of our customers worldwide.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, our foundry are business is not as good as before and our warehouses are piling up with unsold items.We can only sell these products for a fraction of the original price in the hope that this will restore our losses.

Q: Are our products genuine?

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Please allow our fulfillment warehouse up to 48 hours after placing your order to process your order. The packaged goods will be shipped as soon as possible! Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number. If you want to know where your shipment is at any time, you can visit our website and our order tracking page to get real-time updates about your shipment. If you have not received your tracking number or do not see an update on the order status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate further!

Q: Cancellation request
A: If you placed an order with us and are eligible for cancellation, please note that a $5.00 restocking fee applies to the order.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: 𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗜𝗦 𝗩𝗨𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗡 has warehouses in the US, Europe and Asia. For US domestic orders, you can expect your shipment to arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Please allow up to 15 days for international orders.

Q: How do I order on your website?
A: When you find a product that interests you, just click the Add to Cart button. Enter your shipping and billing information and we will ship your order to you as soon as possible!

Q: What is your refund policy?
A) At 𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗜𝗦 𝗩𝗨𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗡 we strive to provide the best customer service possible! If you receive your product damaged, please contact us using the contact form. We'll see if you're eligible for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been tampered with or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund. You must then send us the product to be checked and your refund will be processed within 3-6 working days of receipt. After the product is inspected, your refund or exchange will be issued.

Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
